Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of SimeulueRegency 2021

The Central Bureau of Statistics is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics. This is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics and Government Regulation Number 51 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics. In producing and presenting statistical data, BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction levels of data users through the Data Needs Survey.Data needs survey has been implemented by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination at BPS through the Sub-Directorate for Reference Statistics since 2005. Since 2014, the scope of Data needs surveyhas been expanded to district / city.The results of SKD 2021 activities are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of data user characteristics, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index.
